Dr. Rajesh Kumar Jha is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at DAV PG College, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. With a strong academic background and deep engagement in both teaching and research, he brings a culturally rooted and analytically sharp perspective to the field of psychology. He has a deep commitment to exploring indigenous knowledge systems and cultural psychology. With over a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Jha has passionately studied the psychological dimensions of Indian traditions, rituals, and social behavior, particularly within the Mithila region. His specialized areas include Social Psychology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, and Health Psychology. He has authored and published over 30 international and national research papers and articles, contributing to the advancement of psychological knowledge through both empirical and theoretical work.
