Dr. A.P. Siva Kumar is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapur. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Retrieval and Cross-Lingual Intelligent Systems from JNTUA and has over two decades of academic and industry experience, including roles at PCS Mumbai and EMC2 Bangalore. Since joining JNTUA in 2006, he has served in several key administrative positions and is currently the Controller of Examination. He has executed multiple funded research projects and has authored around 90 publications. He has guided seven Ph.D. scholars and continues to mentor several more. His teaching and research interests include Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Mining. He is a recipient of the AICTE Career Award for Young Teachers (CAYT) and has been recognized as an "Outstanding Faculty" in Cross-Lingual Information Retrieval. He is also a sought-after speaker on AI/MI, career development, and effective communication.
