Dr. Aman Rathaur is a dedicated academic and researcher in the field of Animal Husbandry, Dairy, & Poultry nutrition, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at C.S.J.M. University in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Dr. Rathaur has made significant contributions to agricultural practices and livestock management through his research, teaching, and professional involvement. Dr.Rathaur's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Honors) from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Building upon his undergraduate studies, he pursued a Master of Science in Agriculture with a specialization in Livestock Production Management from C.S. Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur. He furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining a Ph.D. in A.H. & Dairying (Livestock Production Management) from the Institute of Agricultural Sciences at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Rathaur's research interests span a range of topics within the poultry nutrition and functional dairy product fields, and his work has significantly contributed to agricultural practices and sustainability. By teaching, researching, and engaging in professional pursuits, he continues to inspire future generations of agricultural scientists. Dr. Rathaur has published more than 30 research papers in National and International reputed journals, many book chapters and several Hindi/English articles on agriculture which have been published by renowned publications. He is honored with Young Scientist Award and Excellence Award in Teaching, Research and Extension from recognized societies.
