Dr. H. R. Biswas is currently serving as the Head of the Department of Business Administration at Biswa Bangla Biswabidyalay (BBB), Bolpur, West Bengal, India. He holds a B.Sc., MBA in Human Resource Management, MBA in Hospitality & Tourism Management, and a Ph.D. in Management. With over 17 years of rich experience in teaching, research, and academic-administrative coordination, Dr. Biswas has made significant contributions to higher education and professional development. His areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Marketing & Sales, and Hospitality & Tourism Management. He has authored two books, published three journal articles, and presented 16 research papers at various national and international conferences. Dr. Biswas has also delivered five invited talks, ten guest lectures, and attended three workshops, enriching academic and professional forums with his insights. He has received several academic and professional recognitions for his contributions and is an active member of reputed professional bodies, including the National HRD Network (NHRDN) and GSME&W Society. Through his scholarly work, Dr. Biswas aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
