Dr. Aparna Vijayan M, is currently working as senior lecturer in the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Noorul Islam College of Dental Sciences, NIMS Medicity, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She has completed her BDS from Sree Mookambika Institute of Dental Sciences, Dr. MGR Medical University, Tamil Nadu and MDS from JSS Dental college and Hospital, JSSAHER, Mysore, Karnataka. She is currently conducting numerous studies in the fields of oral oncology and genomics. She has around 6 publications in various national and international journals and one patent to her credit. She has co-authored a textbook titled Handbook of Diagnosis for Oral Cancer-Basics to Advanced.
