Dr. B.B. Gurung, M.Sc, B.Ed, Ph.D, is a Head & Curator of the Kalimpong Science Centre and Chief Editor of Himalayan Research Journal, President (HISFAR), Executive Member of NSAS and ABG Foundation, Member of ICOM-India who received his Ph.D. degree from the University of North Bengal. Dr. Gurung worked as a lecturer both in St.Joseph's College and in Darjeeling Government College. He has published several research papers in the national and international journals. He is the author of : Solute-Solvent Interactions in Industrially Important Solvent Media, Mungpoo ra Tagore, Neelo Joon, Jooma and editors of: Himalayan Research Journal, Tadivachan, Gaurav, Souvenir (AGROTECH-2017), Souvenir (CIABASSD-2022). Promoting science and technology to the broader public, especially among students, is his area of interest.
