Mr. SoubhagyaSundar Nanda is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Birla Global University, Odisha. Previously he was working as a Research Associate-cum-Teaching Assistant at National Law University, Odisha. He has also worked as a Research Associate in the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) project titled ‘Exploring Changing Dynamics of Children’s Laws in India in the Post-Liberalisation era’ and also as a Researcher in the project titled ‘Effective Disposal of Cases in Juvenile Justice Board of Odisha conducted by Centre for Child Rights, NLU Odisha. Mr. SoubhagyaSundar Nanda has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in law (B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from Madhusudan Law College, Cuttack and Master’s Degree in law (LL.M.) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore with Human Rights as his area of specialisation. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in law, Mr. Nanda enrolled with the Odisha State Bar Council and practiced in the High Court of Orissa.
