Mr. Utkarsh Singh is a young scholar and researcher within the field of Horticulture and Vegetable Science. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the discipline of Vegetable Science from Dr Y S Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. Mr. Utkarsh has published scholarly articles in prestigious national journals. He attended two national and three international conferences, seminars, workshops, etc. Mr. Utkarsh is also the recipient of an award for outstanding thesis.
