Dr. Jayant Kumar is currently working as Representative Director, Executive Advisor and Board Member at NIDEC Advance Technology Japan for India Business. He has completed his Four Masters, and he is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, NMIMS Mumbai, Delhi University, MUIT. He has done his Master in Japanese Studies, MBA in Marketing, Leadership and Strategy, Executive General Management. He has completed his Ph.D., and his research area is Efficacy of Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. He has been leading Japanese, American, Indian and French Companies in Japan and India.
