Dr. Jhansi Donadi, faculty in Food Technology in the Department of Home Science, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. She obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in the field of Food Technology from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. She has published 10 research papers, and 04 book chapters and holds a patent. She has presented more than 12 papers at national and international conferences. She has also attended various training programs focusing on faculty development and research.
