Dr. Taddi Murali Ph.D. is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Library and Information Science, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur. He has been teaching in the Department for the last 8 years. He did his Ph.D. in Library and Information Science, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He has good teaching skills, and his special areas of interest are E-Resources, Bibliometric Studies, Classification, Catalog, Information Literacy, IT Applications, User Education, and User Studies. Besides the present work, the author, Dr. TaddiMurali, to his credit, has published 39 articles in International and National Journals, and has attended a number of conferences and seminars. He published 11 book chapters. He has contributed 12 lessons to the M.L.I. Sc., a course for Acharya NagarjunaUniversity. He is a life member of Andhra Pradesh Library Association (APLA), Andhra Pradesh, India.
