The idea of writing this book came from the very fact that most living beings in this world live in some or the other relationship with others and none may claim that they face no challenges in any of their relationships (exceptions may be there). Even I have lived a lot of relationships with various names, undergone lot of challenges and pressures in some way or the other, and then started reading a lot of Self Awareness and Relationship books, and then I realized, I’m not the only one who may be having relationship challenges every day. It’s one of the most common challenges anyone faces in some way or the other.

While learning through various literatures, books, write-ups, conferences, interactions with various people, and of course Internet, I started collecting lot of info., data and suggestions, which I wanted to compile in a single document and share with the whole world, and thus came the concept of putting this in the form of this book.
