The beauty of flowers has attracted attention of mankind from very beginning of the civilization. In an ancient and religious country like India, flowers are intricately associated with almost all social celebrations and festivals in one or the other way. They embody love, beauty, purity, respect and homage. There is an urgent need for development of a suitable literature in the form of a book dealing with recent technologies on various aspects of important flower crops grown in India.

Competitive examinations have become a procedure for recruitments and admission to the higher studies in this field. Questions asked in these exams are of multiple choice type, large in number and of varied nature and require quick answering within a limited period of time. I have made an attempt to compile memory based previous years JRF papers along with model test papers, because these questions are often asked in competitive exams. I am sure that this book will be very helpful to student preparing for JRF, SRF, NET and ARS examinations in this subject.
