PRACTICAL RECORD BOOK MENTAL HEALTH NURSING SEMESTER V AND VI B. SC NURSING STUDENTS (AS PER THE REVISED INC SYLLABUS)

It gives immense pleasure to introduce the practical record book for Mental Health Nursing (I & II) as per the revised B.Sc. nursing guidelines program laid down by the Indian Nursing Council 2020. Nursing which is a highly skilled and renowned profession. It always produces knowledgeable competent nurses and midwives with clear critical thinking skills who are caring, motivated, assertive, and well-disciplined responding to the changing needs of the profession, healthcare delivery system, and society.

Nursing professionals and students are challenged to assume multidimensional responsibilities for providing the best nursing services in various healthcare settings. Therefore, as per curriculum regulations, all nursing students are required to uphold theoretical and practical skills, while pursuing the B.Sc. nursing degree.

This practical record book is organized as per the requirement of Mental Health Nursing (I & II) subject for V & VI Semester B.Sc. nursing students following the revised B.Sc. nursing program laid down by Indian Nursing Council 2020.
