Encouraged by the tremendous response from my students, this book is released. This is a complete study material for ‘STRAIGHT LINE’ Chapter. This Book deals with ‘STRAIGHT LINE’ the most conceptual yet interesting part in ‘CO-ORDINATE GEOMETRY’. The chapter starts with some basic concepts about section formula, centroid, incentre, orthocenter and circumcenter. Their applications have been shown in various illustrations of different levels of difficulty. This chapter also deals with family of lines and pair of straight lines. A set of solved objective type and subjective type problems with varying levels of difficulty has been provided to help you as well as to test your understanding. The emphasis is more towards developing your analytical and quick problem-solving skills. An effort is made to demonstrate and clarify the basics of problem solving (both objective and subjective) through a large number of illustrations and solved problems. The assignment at the end of the chapter contains a large number of objective problems. Also, a large number of unsolved problems at the objective level are included in the Practice test category I am thankful to all the teachers and students who have given me various suggestions for the improvement of the book.
