Healthcare Waste Management an Important Aspect of Healthcare Governance

Healthcare Waste Management is a global issue and is redressed differently in different parts of the world. However, we Indians, claiming to be Vishwa Guru, which  we were, have over the period, lost our glory by suffering immensely by invasions and  plundering of its glory by mainly Britishers during their rule in the sub-continent.  Some infrastructures been developed during that era mainly served their interests in the region. We have now become Naqqal (copycat) and Qawwal (praising doll) only. We should at least, rediscover, what made us Vishwa Guru then and what is making us disciples now?  We must dig out gems from our ancient scriptures to put us back on track to regain our world leadership in knowledge and wisdom. The spark for this book is from my niece Faiza Q. Hashmi who wanted to pursue Healthcare Governance as her career and discussed the matter with me. While helping her out, this book emerged as a by-product.
