Not everything that matters announces itself. Some truths remain beneath the surface by design, layered over by time, choice, and necessity. What is hidden is not always lost. Often it is preserved in another form, waiting.

This book does not move toward certainty. It moves toward recognition.

The reader is not asked to solve anything here. Only to notice. To stay with what feels unresolved. To accept that inheritance is not always made of what we are given but of what we are denied.
