Dr. Y. Jayakrishna born on 6th July, 1987 in Anantapuramu district of Andhra Pradesh. He is working as an Academic Consultant at Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapuramu. He holds a Ph.D. degree in commerce on the topic “Impact of amalgamation on the performance of selected public and private sector banks in Indi” from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapuramu. He published various articles on corporate restructuring in national and international journals. He qualified AP&TS-SET conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad. He worked as assistant professor in various U.G, P.G and Engineering colleges in Anantapuramu. His interested areas are Accounting, Auditing, Finance and Banking.
