Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 

● Authors may request a cancellation of their order within 3 working days of placing it. 
● Cancellation requests will be considered only if a contract or MOU has not been initiated. 

Refund: 

● All refund and cancellation requests will be subject to the prevailing laws of the land. 
● If the cancellation request meets the criteria mentioned above, a refund will be processed according to applicable legal guidelines. 
● Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the initial order, within the legal timeframes specified.
