Dr. Dina Swargiari has completed her Ph.D in 2018 from the Department of Cultural Studies, Tezpur University. She joined as a research scholar there, after qualifying UGC-NET JRF at the first attempt and availed Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from July, 2012 till June, 2014 and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) from July, 2014 till June, 2017. She secured 1st rank (topper) in her MA in Cultural Studies (2012) from Tezpur University. She also fulfilled her dream of pursuing double MA in one of her subjects of interest, with the completion of MA in Sociology, Gauhati University Centre, IGNOU, New Delhi. She is at present self-employed and an aspirant of Civil Services examination conducted by the state and the Centre.
