S.Kalaimani is an expert in Biological Research of Zoological Studies in various fields, who currently work as an Assistant Professor of Zoology, P.G and Research Department of Zoology, J.K.K.Nataraja, College of Arts & Science, Kumarapalayum, Namakkal District. Earlier had 14 years Working Experience as a PG Teacher (Biology) in various schools and Assistant professor in Colleges. He has diverse Research Experience in the field of Fishery Biology. He has 17 years of experience as a PG Teacher in Biology in various Schools and Colleges with diverse research experience in the fields of Fishery, Biology and Molecular genetics. Besides that, he had written many practical manuals for Zoology to make the College students understand with ease. He received National level “Dr.A.P.J KALAM BEST TEACHER AWARDS-2019” from international conference at Dharmapuri, and recently InSc Awards-2020 “RESEARCH EXCELLANCE AWARDS-2020” . Also recognized as a Professional member of Institute of scholar (InSc), Reviewer for International Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences and received RESEARCH & INNOVATION AWARD 2020 for Sidhartha Educational and Research Federation (SERF) Global Achievement Award. He completed 10 diploma and certificate courses from various foreign universities and received certificates. As an appending feather to the academic crown, he experiments his expertise via handling various laboratory equipments and earnest engagements in research activities. He contributes towards poor school and college student’s education inspired from “INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM IN DESIGN THINKING” . He motivated students to clear competitive exams and achieved nearly 15 students to get their Government Services and also helped students for their preparation on SET/NET exams. He gave hands for many child workers to achieve their dream of Education. He continues the service till now to educate all in order to understand the essence of Education.
