Dr. Pratibha Garg is a renowned scholar in the field of Education. She is presently serving as Additional Director (Academics) at AWES Cell (Army Welfare Education Society), HQ Western Command, Chandimandir Cantt. She has obtained her BSC (Botany hons), MSc (Botany) and M.Ed., all with Gold Medal from Dayalbagh Deemed University, Agra. She has qualified UGC-NET (National Eligibility Test) in Education in Dec 1999 and has also qualified CTET as well as CSB in 2009 and 2012 respectively. She has obtained her Doctorate degree in Education from Amity University, Noida, U.P.

She has more than eleven years of teaching experience in teacher training institutes. She has been invited as Resource Person in various National and International seminars and conferences and judge in various events. She has presented a good number of research papers in various national and international seminars and conferences. More than twenty-five articles in reputed national and international journals and conference proceedings as well as chapters in the edited books on different aspects of Education have been published on her credit. She has published two edited books with ISBN no. and authored a Text book of 'Teaching of Science' on her credit. She had also been the Academic Counsellor at IGNOU for B.Ed. from Jul 2020 to Dec 2021. She has convened National Seminar, International Conference, various FDPs, many workshops and guest lectures etc.

She has been awarded the prestigious Doctor of Rights award in 2017 and Young Faculty Award in 6th Academic Brilliance Awards organized by Education Expo TV CRS Research and Branding Ratings and Rankings Awards in Jan 2018. She has also been awarded with InSc Research Excellence Award 2020, An ISO 9001:2015 certified Institute by International Accurate Certification, accredited by UASL in the year 2020. Besides this, she is awarded with Best Woman Educator Award in Education in Jun 2021 from PEARL Foundation Educational Excellence Awards in Higher Education in India for the year 2020. Recently she is awarded with 'Indian Youth Icon Award 2021' by International Council for Educational Research and Training (ICERT), Delhi in Jan 2022 for exemplary contribution in Youth Empowerment and 'International Excellence Award' by International Council for Educational Research and Training (ICERT), Delhi in Mar 2022 for Excellence in Education and Professional Development.

She  had been the editor of Army Institute of Education, Greater Noida's, Newsletter "Sankalan" for three onsecutive years from 2014 to 2016. She had also been the editor of the fifth issue of the Institute's Annual Journal EDUSPECTRA'. She has been the Programme Officer of NSS Cell, AIEfor more than three years.She had also Deen the Convener of the Training & Placement Cell,AIE for two years. She has delivered Talks on All India Radio For rural children and women empowerment. She has also delivered lectures through FB Live Sessions and Official You Tube Channel. Her Self-composed poems have been published in various reputed magazines.

She has done Four Week Academic Staff College Orientation Program sponsored by the UGC-HRDC organized by Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi, a sixteen weeks Annual Refresher Programme in Teacher Education (ARPIT) on "Leadership and Governance in Higher Education" and Twelve weeks, NPTEL Course in 'Organizational Behaviour' through Online MOOCs, SWAYAM Portal, an initiative of MHRD.
