Aju Kurian is a Catholic priest belonging to the Society of Salesians of Don Bosco and presently the Vice-Principal of Don Bosco, Park Circus, Kolkata. Previous to his current assignment in Kolkata, he was the Vice-Principal and IQAC Coordinator of Salesian College Siliguri, West Bengal. He is an educator who has worked in various capacities in different Don Bosco educational institutions namely; Don Bosco School Liluah, Howrah; Don Bosco School Bandel, Hooghly and Don Bosco School, Purnia, Bihar for the past 15 years. He is a motivational speaker who inspires and encourages people, especially the young making them realize their true potential. Regularly, he conducts seminars and workshops for teachers, parents and students. He completed his masters in Microbiology, Management and Education and is now pursuing research from Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati. He also holds bachelor’S degrees in Philosophy and Theology.  He has authored 6 books till date, published a few research articles in reputed National and International Journals and edited four volumes of the Salesian Journal of Arts and Humanities published by Salesian College, Darjeeling.
