Dr Sandeep Kumar has done his Ph.D. (History). Currently he is working as an assistant professor in Maharishi Balmiki Sanskrit University, Kaithal (Haryana). He has 10+ publications of his name in referred National as well as International Journals. He is highly inspired from his grandfather Late Shri Sobha Ram Bhardwaj and his father Late Shri Ram Kishan Bhardwaj, the Fountain and Mountain of inspiration of him. At a very pleasant stage, at his childhood his grandfather said to his father that * (मैने चौथी कक्षा तक पढे होने के बावजूद तुम्हें चौदह (बी.ए.) तक पढा दिया, अब देखना है कि तुम अपने बच्चों को कितना पढाओगे । ) *. So, he is very inspired from the quote and want to made himself to be qualified at the highest height of the education. So, he dedicates this book to his father Late Sh. Ram Kishan Bhardwaj. Through this book he would like to make the politics of India clean, healthy and safe by adopting the policies and rules of law made by Chanakya. His pathway of life is significantly supported by his uncle *Sh. Harikishan Bhardwaj*.
