Dr. Anchal Pathak currently working as an Associate Professor at Bule Hora University. Ethiopia, is a well-known scholar, academician, editor, author, and motivational trainer. Her field of study focuses on work-related attitudes, employee relations, stress management, leadership, performance management, business practices, employees, and human behavior. She has published more than 20 research articles and book chapters in UGC care listed, ABDC (B and C), and Scopus indexed International Journals. She is the author of two edited books and one textbook on HRM and leadership, and many more are in the loopfor publishing. She also received the Best Faculty Award in 2020 and the International woman legend Award in 2021 by the Saksham Society. She is an active member of ISTD as a trainer from the Dehradun chapter and a lifelong member of NITTSD, ASR, and many more.
