Dr. Irfana Rashid is working as a Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies-South Campus, University of Kashmir for the past 12 years. She holds an MBA from the University of Kashmir and a Ph.D. in Management from Aligarh Muslim University. She has successfully completed the Faculty Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA).Her teaching expertise includes strategic management, entrepreneurship, and research methods. Simultaneously, her research focuses on sustainability, entrepreneurship, and community well-being. She has made noteworthy contributions to academia and the community through research projects and publications in both national and international journals
