Dr. Bibhabasu Mohanty, Currently working as an Assistant professor in the department of environmental engineering, Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering, of Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar, Gujarat. He has completed his master's in Environmental Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore and Ph.D. in Environmental science fromPandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar. In his 12 years of teaching, he has guided more than 50 projects for bachelor of engineering students and 10 projects for Masters of for engineering students. He has published more than 20 research papers in reputed national/international peer-reviewed journals and presented papers in many national and international conferences. He has also written 3 books titled "Basics of Environmental studies", "Air Pollution and Control" and "Basics of water and wastewater engineering" for UG and PG students. He is also reviewer and editor in several international peer reviewed journals. He is also associated with professional bodies like Indian Society for Technical Education, International Environment Forum, Institute of scholars and Indian Geomatics Society.
