Mr. Dev Baloni is an Assistant Professor in CSE Department at Uttaranchal University (NAAC A+), Dehradun since 2019. He is NPTEL certified Trainer in Cloud Computing. He did his B.Tech  in Computer Science Engineering from GBPIET Pauri Garhwal, M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Faculty of Technology, UTU  and also pursuing P.hD from Uttarakhand Technical University . He has a long experience of 11 years of teaching and research to teach in Government as well as Private engineering universities. He has published more than 20 research papers in reputed SCI, Scopus, UGC Journals/ Conferences.He also published 5 patents under Indian laws of patents. He already published 2 books first book is “Human-Computer Interaction” (International Book House Pvt. Ltd.) and the second book is “Concepts of Programming in OOPs “(Iterative International Publisher).Image Processing, Cloud Computing, Human Computer Interaction, Discrete Structure and DBMS are his areas of interest.
