Ms. Poonam currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Economics in Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jhojhu Kalan, Charkhi Dadri with more than 10 years of experience. She has received the B.A. with English Hons. and M.A. degrees in Economics from Punjab University, Chandigarh, M.Phil degree in Economics from  CDLU, Sirsa. She is now pursuing Ph.D  from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur with specialization ‘Financial Literacy’. She has qualified UGC-NET (Economics) in 2009. She has published and presented more than 25 research articles in national and international conferences and journals. She holds Life Membership of Indian Economic Association and Haryana Economic Association.
