Lalbiakdiki Hnamte is a Professor in the Department of Education, Mizoram University. She has an experience of more than 30 years teaching at the Post-Graduate level and also 6 years of  teaching  at  Undergraduate level of education. She has published several research papers in International and National journals and has spoken on various platforms and occasions on education as Resource Person. She is a member in various professional bodies of education and also on different committees on education at different levels. Presently, she is the President of Mizoram Educational Foundation and National Secretary, All India Educational Forum.
