Prof. Dilip Kumar is a seasoned hospitality professional with a zeal to achieve excellence in education through learning and implementing innovative and updated training skills through research and development. Presently working as an assistant professor in the School of Hospitality Management, AURO University and organized two national level conferences as a convenor. He has almost two decades of experience in Academics and industry, such as The Ashok Hotel New Delhi, Rayat Bahra University, Chandigarh University, and Mohali. Submitted his Ph.D. thesis and waiting to be awarded by Chandigarh University. His forte is research, Food and Beverage Service, Facility Planning, Principle of Management, Nutrition, Food Science and Supply Chain Management. Published various research papers in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals with good impact factors and written book chapters.
