Dr. D. Princess Jeba, gold medalist from ManonmaniumSundaranar University is currently an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at V.O.Chidambaram College in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India. She received her M.Sc (Chemistry) from ManonmaniumSundaranarUniversity in 2007 and Ph.D (Chemistry) from the same University in 2019. Both her M.Sc and Ph.D dissertations focussed on Heterogeneous Catalysis.The author is specialized in the area of green synthesis of nanoparticles and its applications in environmental remediation. She has completed a minor research projectworth Rs. 3,45,000 by UGC. She has teaching experience of more than 10 years in the areas of Physical Chemistry.She has published number of research articles. She has also written a book chapter about climatic change. Number of PG students has completed project work and many more are pursuing the same under her supervision. More than 10 national and international conferences have been attended by the author.
