Dr. Retash Shan MBBS MD, Serves in the postgraduate department of Physiology at Jammu's Government Medical College. He has over four years of experience teaching Physiology to UG, PG, and BSC Paramedical students. He has published/presented over twenty-three scientific papers in national and international journals and conferences. He is a member of the Editorial Board for Futuristic Trends in Medical Sciences for IIP, USA & India, with the id IIP-V2-2022-BS-15-15. Additionally, he is a lifelong member of major professional associations, including APPI, ASSOPI, and InSc. Additionally, he has published/contributed a number of book chapters in pertinent disciplines
