Dr. G. Ramakrishna Reddy, M. Com., Ph.D., is an educationalist, entrepreneur, humanitarian, philanthropist, and a social activist. He is a Master of Commerce from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi and a Doctor of Philosophy in Commerce from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. He did setup a Degree College, which is named after Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, in 1984. Under his able guidance, as the Principal and Correspondent, it grew leaps and bouns into autonomous. Degree and P.G. College with a total strength of more than 4,000 students. The College was accredited by NAAC at 'A' level and has got the status of College with Potential for Excellence. He provides free education to the poor, fosters an old age home and an orphanage. He has also renovated and or helped in renovating a few temples. He is actively associated with many social activities. He attended and organized several national and international seminars, workshops and conferences. Dr. G. R. K. Reddy has published many articles in national and international journals and authored a few books.
