Prof. H Somashekarappa did his B.Sc. M.Sc. and Ph.D. from University of Mysore, Mysuru. Currently he is working as the Principal of Maharaja’s College, one of the constituent college of University of Mysore. He has more than three decades of experience in teaching under graduate in Yuvaraja’s college, Mysore. He has guided Five PhD students. He has over 70 publications in reputed International/National journals to his credit. His main interests are X-ray diffraction, conductivity, polymers, non linear optics and band structures.
