Onyx Nathanael Nirmal Raj, Ph.D in Business Administration - Commerce (Interdisciplinary) from Madras Christian College, Tambaram, Chennai, - Affiliated to University of Madras, Chennai, MBA (Human Resource & Finance) from Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering & Technology-Affiliated to Anna University. Apart from holding a Diploma in Computer Application & Tally with 4.5 years of academic experience, he is presently working as Assistant Professor in School of Management Studies at VISTAS. He also has 3 years of experience in research and has published papers in various journals, attended International Conferences and presented papers in many countries.
