Dr. Santosh Kumari (born 1987), Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Management in Himachal Pradesh University, India. In 2003 and 2008, she represented her state (Himachal Pradesh, India) at national level children science congress and national integration camp respectively. She has 8 years of teaching experience in the field of management. Dr. Santosh specializes in the field of Human Resource Management, Stress Management and Corporate Social responsibility. She has attended national and international conferences of higher repute and also published research papers and book chapters. She is also providing HR consulting services to Karmyog Kalyankari Sanstha (NGO) in association with HPCDPP (Himachal Pradesh Crop Diversification Promotion Project, in Himachal, India.
She is also associated with the Art of Living Organization from the past 13 years. She is sharing the vision of world renowned Humanitarian leader, Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji of putting a smile on every face on the planet. She is a faculty with the "Art Of Living" organization and has conducted more than 60 such workshops on Youth Leadership and Soft Skills till date. She has been invited to deliver guest lectures on stress management, mind management, emotional intelligence among others in Faculty Development Programs organised by UGC- HRDCs, universities, colleges, military cantonments and other organisations.
