She is at present Vice Principal of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University for 25 years, she is also the Professor and Head of the Department of Anatomy, she has got  35 years of experience, she has done her PhD from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University in 2016, she was also the Incharge Principal. Dr Khan is a member of Academic Council since 20 years and she is also the Chairman Board of Studies non clinical, she is the Secretary for Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences Committee, she was the Dean of the Faculty of Homeopathy, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University for 6 years, she was the member of Board of Examination and also the member of Faculty of Ayurved, she has also been the Director of  Bharati sahakari Bank Pune, she is in charge of second criteria NAAC for Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University Homoeopathic Medical College, she has worked as the cultural Incharge NAAC cultural committee for two cycles of NAAC inspection and for international Vice Chancellor conference, she has received Seva Gaurav ideal teacher award from Bharati Vidyapeeth University  on 26th April 2015, she has received the Best Teacher award on 5th of September 2001 from Lions Club International, she has received the best citizen of India award by international publishing house Delhi, she has received the Diamond Homeo award given by Kiran Sanstha Rewa MP for excellence in Homoeopathic field, she was awarded a momento as a resource person for excellence in Homoeopathy, MP state council of Homoeopathy, she has attended many national and international seminars and was a resource person for many occasions and has done many publications for reputed journals magazine
