Dr. Gora Das did Masters in Chemistry with specialization in Organic from Vidyasagar University, Medinipur in 2001. After Masters, Dr. Das joined as JRF for his Ph.D. work in the department of Organic Chemistry, Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB), Kolkata, 2002. He obtained his Ph.D. from Jadavpur University in the field of natural polysaccharides in 2008. Dr. Das joined as Junior lecturer in the department of Applied Science, Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia since January, 2008. Presently, he is serving his academic duty as Assistant Professor in the same department and same Institute. Dr. Das has extensive experience in teaching in Chemistry. He has published research papers in reputed International Journals.
