Prof. (Dr) Geo Paul Kadavi (B. Com, PGDIT, DEIE, MIT, MBA, M.Phil., PhD), Principal of Monti International Institute of Management Studies, Kerala, affiliated to University of Calicut. He is an approved research supervisor of Bharathiar University and candidates completed PhD under his guideship. He is having 20 years of teaching experience which includes 8 years in principal designation and 4 years in industries. He occupied the designation of Principal at Talent Institute of Management Studies. As a former Principal and present Chief Academic Advisor, he brings farfetched changes in the development of Rural Academy for Management Studies, Kochi. He is also serving as academic advisor of EASA college of engineering, Coimbatore. He was the head of the department of MBA at ELIMS group of institution and SNGIST Engineering College. He has published 20 research articles in national and international journals including IEEE, Scopus, ABDC and UGC listed. He also published four books in the field of management. He has done Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) certification of All India Management Association. He was the UN link person of CLC India, a non-governmental organisation under UN. He was conferred the award “Sevana Puraskar” constituted by ‘Kerala Sabha’ monthly newspaper of BLM Research Centre in recognition of his contributions to the society
