Dr. Happyson Gachuiwo, MBA (Finance) and Ph.D (Finance), is presently working as Assistant Professor (Dept. of Business Administration) in University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya (USTM). He has so far published 4 research papers in four different refereed journals and 3 research papers in three different edited books. He have a total presented of 13 (thirteen) research papers in both international conference and national seminar. He is also a recipient of Doctoral Fellowship from Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) for his Ph.D research work.
