Dr. Rubina Shahnaz, Principal Al-Barkaat Institute of Education, Aligarh 2021-22. She presently serves as Principal in Al-Barkaat Institute of Education, Aligarh. She is a dedicated senior educator and administrator with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in teaching. She has been serving in the field of education for more than 15 years. More than 34 paper presentations in National and International Conferences and Seminars are to her credit. She has around 21 papers in National and International reputed Journals, 6 chapters in books and I book published so far. She has been an active reviewmember of the esteemed Journal of Emerging Technologies and Innovative Research (ISSN: 2349-5162) Holding Member ID:116864. She has also attended several FDPs, workshops, short term courses etc and she has been also the coordinator of an International Conference. Her areas of interest are Work Environmental Education, Educational Psychology, Educational Technology, Problems of Indian Education and Pedagogy of English.
