Dr. Kartika Bakshi graduated from The Law School and earned her Doctorate in Law from the Department of Law, University of Jammu. She received a gold medal for her Master of Laws, and qualified UGC-NET (JRF) for the year 2016. She is an Assistant Professor at the Amity Law School, Noida right now. She has written and edited books on current topics of utmost socio- legal relevance as well as competitive exams. At national and international conferences and seminars, she has presented a variety of research articles. She has coordinated a number of national and departmental conferences and events for law students. International Human Rights Law, Environmental Law, and Constitutional Law are her main areas of interest.
