Prof. (Dr.) Aditya Tomer is presently the Addl. Director/ Joint Head of Amity Law School, Noida. He is an academic with varied and interdisciplinary interests. He has authored and edited more than ten books, three research monographs, and many book chapters on topics of prime socio-legal relevance. He has presented more than fifty research papers at national and international conferences. His research papers are published in leading national and international journals indexed by Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-Care. He has organized many national and international conferences of high repute, workshops, panel discussions, moot court competitions, legal aid camps, etc. His major areas of interest are Business Law and Arbitration and Mediation Law. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Amity International Journal of Juridical Sciences.
