Dr. Haider Abbas is Professor and Head of the Department of emergency medicine at King George’s Medical University, Lucknow, India. He completed his MBBS and MD from King George’s Medical College, Lucknow. He has extensive work experience in India and abroad. He is also the Vice President of the Society of Emergency Medicine, India UP Chapter. He has published 46 National and International papers in reputed journals. He has been awarded FRCP by all the three Royal Colleges, namely Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and Royal College of Physicians of London, United Kingdom. He has also been awarded ICMR-Young Scientist Fellowship in 2014. He has been awarded “Teacher of the Year Award,2022” by American College of Physicians, India Chapter in 2022.
