Dr. Biju Toms is a director of School of commerce, Finance and Accountancy and Associate Professor in the School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. His areas of specialization are Human Resource Management, Banking, and Leadership. He obtained Master in Human Resource Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism Administration from Pondicherry University in 2006 and 2009. He got a BIIT degree from Overseas Training Services, Tokyo, Japan, in 1997. He holds a B.Sc degree in Physics from Calicut University in 1987. He has qualified in UGC, National Eligibility Test for Lectureship in Management, India, in 2018. He has 22 years of teaching and admin experience in the commerce and management disciplines. He has acted as a resource person in various leadership programmes and organised various national and international conferences and workshops. He is working on an externally funded CIMA research project.
