Dr. Yogita Patil, MCM, M.BA (HRM), CDAC, is an Assistant professor of HRM, Organisational Behaviour at G. H. Raisoni Institute of Engineering and Business Management, Jalgaon, She has more than 18 years of experience in teaching, training, and mentoring management students across UG and PG courses. She was handling a position as Associate Dean (IQAC) at the Institute. She has attended, presented and published more than 60+ research papers at various reputed International and national level conferences globally. Her area of interest is HRM, Organizational Behaviour, etc. She has been the author of two books on Management which are internationally published. She has received one of the prestigious National Awards of Best Teacher. She has expertise in the development of curricula for Graduates, Post Graduates in Management and the Development of new institutions.
