Dr. Partap Singh (Born on 22nd Nov. 1969) has more than 17 years’ experience in Research, Teaching and Extension Work. Many students are doing research work in his guidance such as Ph.D. and M.Sc.in agriculture streams. Dr. Singh has worked in Private and Govt. Institutions for several years. He has developed male sterile line of pearl millet at Indian Agriculture Research Institute, Pusa, New Delhi and developed “First Three Way Cross” in PearlMillet. He has published more than 10 research papers in reputed National and International Journals. He has participated and presented research papers in several National and International Symposia, Conference, Workshops and Seminars. He has organized several National and International Conferences and 
Workshops at different locations.  Dr. Singh is a member of several Scientific Societies and referee of different Journals. Dr. Singh has already written a Gladiolus kiUnnatKheti Bulletin in Hindi version and two books are in pipe line.  
Dr Singh has received his M.Sc. (Ag), M. Phil (Ag) and Ph.D. degree from C.C.S. University Meerut in Genetics and Plant Breeding (Agriculture Botany). He has also done PGDAEM (Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture Extension Management) from MANAGE, Hyderabad, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India, Delhi. Dr. Singh taught at JantaVedic Degree College, Baraut (Baghpat) and work done in scheme of ATMA (Agriculture Training Management Agency) which is governed by Govt. of India. 
             At present Dr. Singh is working as a Head & Dean, School of Agriculture Science and Engineering, Monad University, Hapur.
