Dr. Anil Kumar Acharya,M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed.),is working as an Assistant Professor(Selection Grade) and HOD of the Department of Sanskrit, Ambedkar College (A Govt. Degree College), of Tripura. He had earlier worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Indology of the French Institute of Pondicherry (IFP), a research institute of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs situated in the Union Territory of Puducherry. He hasattended a number of National and International Conferences/workshops and has published several research papers in various national and international journals and books on Sanskrit literature and Saivism.
