Prof. (Dr.) Sharad S. Sankhe, an Indian national, is a renowned author and academician in the field of chemistry. Ile was born on June 22, 1970. IHe is associated with the University of Mumbai and holds the position of Professor in the Department of Chemistry. Additionally, he serves as the Vice Principal of Patkar-Varde College. Dr. Sankhe completed his educational qualifications, including M.Sc., B.Ed, and Ph.D., from the University of Mumbai. He secured the second rank in the university during his M.Sc. program. His Ph.D. thesis focused on studying the kinetics of the oxidation process in a redox system using 1-hydroxy-1-napthalidiene and cerium compounds in aqueous sulfuric acid medium. He has an impressive teaching experience of 29 years and has taught subjects like Physical. Inorganic, and Analytical Chemistry. Dr. Sankhe has actively participated in various academic activities, including co-coordinating activities at the college and university levels. He has also been involved in conferences, research projects, and research guidance for Ph.D. students.
